The season underlined two structural realities of fireworks logistics: limited carrier acceptance for 1.3G/1.4G cargo, and DG surcharge escalation during peak windows. Both argue for framework agreements with forwarders that hold annual Class 1 allocations.
Next milestone for the clusters is the New Year program: production slots for October–November shipment typically lock by late August.
